A lovely small, locally owned shop. Staff are always friendly. Great prices and good selection. My girls love going in to visit the animals as they love cuddling the mice, guinea pigs and rabbits.

My daughter and I had a wonderful time visiting lucky paws pets today. 😊 The lady working there was incredibly kind and welcoming. She was so lovely, and you could tell how much she cares for the animals and how well they are looked after. She even let my 11 year old daughter hold two guenia pigs and both of them were very friendly, placid and cute!! 🥰 🥰

The guinea pigs and rabbits are happy and sociable in this shop showing how they are loved and well socialised and cared for. A great place to buy them from because the owner cares so well for them. I recommend!!

We visited here while on holiday in Hobart. The owner was very friendly and allowed our daughter to hold a rabbit which she loved as we are not allowed to own rabbits at home in Qld.

Well kept and maintained enclosure for the Guinea pigs and rabbits. Place is cozy in this chilly season. Owner was so chill about letting my partner and I handle her GP in a lil pocket pouch. It’s my partner’s first time touching a GP and I’m glad it’s here in Tasmania! SOO ADORABLE! We wish we lived here to bring 2 gp home 😩 I ended up bringing a hay bag and hay stick for my bunny back in Singapore 🇸🇬 instead. Thank you for the great experience❤️

Best pet shop in Hobart! Anna is such a lovely person who has great products and happy animals. We love our guinea pig from her and our guinea pigs love their food and supplies from the shop. It's nice not to have to go to a big mainland owned store. Thanks for letting us give the animals a cuddle too ❤️

I got all five piggies from there and I absolutely love my babies! The owner works 24/7 and quickly replies whenever I have a question. The follow-up customer service is excellent. The shop offers a range of pet products, especially for small animals. They even offer Guinea pig boarding, which is great. I have witnessed difficult customers ("Karens") when I go shopping there. The owner handles demanding customers with politeness and professionalism. Some customers even want piggies for free, which I don't understand. Regardless, I have no issues with the pet shop and am always a regular customer.
